A person was arrested this Wednesday for the murder of Gentjan Bejtja, former prison police officer. 

Police confirmed that the arrested is Ilir Beqaraj alias Brahimi alias Mancellari. While another person was accompanied to police and he is Edison Haxhiu.

According to police, resulted that perpetrators approached Bejtja's house with a black vehicle 'Land Rover Discover' and after the murder leave from the road Larushk-Thumane.

After burning the first vehicle the perpetrators leave with another vehicle type 'Golf' and travelled to Kruja. 

This vehicle results to be used by the citizens arrested today. During the controls made at his house, police found guns with the inscription VALTER.

Further investigations are going on to shed light on the event.
