The director of the Durrës Police, Skender Hitaj, appeared at a press conference, where he spoke about the murder of 32-year-old Luljeta Preza on the Dajlani Bridge. 

He said that the identification and arrest of the two perpetrators of the incident, Aldo Ibrahimi and Ylli Grabovari, was done in record time. 

Three citizens were also criminally prosecuted, who were present at the time of the crime, but did not report it until they were accompanied to the police. Hitaj adds that after this serious event, attention to this phenomenon will be increased. 

"From the in-depth investigative actions, under the direction of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, the event was fully documented. The mechanism and the role of the persons involved in it were clearly defined. 

It became possible to identify and catch the perpetrators in record time. Proceedings have started in free status for three other citizens, one of them a minor. These citizens had not reported the crime until they were escorted to the police. 

We express our determination that, starting from this serious event, special attention will be paid to this phenomenon," he said.
