The debate at the Tirana Municipality Council degenerated in physical clashes this Monday evening. 

The member of the Liberation Party, Tedi Blushi, punched the socialist council Halit Valteri. 

Blushi earlier throw letters towards mayor Veliaj and after a verbal fight he punched Valteri.

Immediately after this action, Blushi was excluded by the meeting.
