PM Says 38% More Tourists Visited Albania in 2024

Over 800 tourists have visited Albania during April 2024, bringing the total number of the tourists that have visited Albania so far up to 2.3 million.

The news was made public by the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, who said that this number is 38% more than a year before.

"About 800,000 foreign tourists visited Albania during the month of April, bringing the incoming tourist flows to 2.3 million in the first months of 2024, or +38% more than a year ago, as the Ministry of Tourism and Environment in cooperation with public institutions, with municipalities and the private sector are working intensively for a summer tourist season with priority on safety, cleanliness and increasing service standards" said Rama.
