Tirana police arrested 24 persons during operation coded 'Tempulli 4'.

The director Tonin Vocaj informed that 15 were arrested this Saturday, while nine were in prison for drugs trafficking.

Those arrested are Vilson Tresa, Asllan Maqellara, Etgent Luzi, Kostandinos Deliu, Armand Haderllari, Blerim Biba, Ilir Tufa, Kevin Kolgegaj, Marios Saliaj, Damjan Hasani, Erblin Buci, Ervis Duro, Jurgen Xhafa, Aldo Grabovari, Gazmend Hoxha, Sajmir Gerbaj, Aleksander Kili, Orgest Beqo, Xhelo Ajasllari, Paolo Shyti, Ervin Rakipi, Erdi Kurti and Adrian Ramushi.

During this operation, police seized 1.8 cocaine, 18 marijuana, 350 doses of LCD and mobile phones.

"All the arrested citizens were distributing narcotics near schools in Tirana, in nightclubs and other places frequented by young people, in different areas of the capital. Investigations continue for the complete legal document of this criminal activity and for the identification and bringing before the legal responsibility of the other persons involved" said Vocaj.
