Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that he had a phone call with the Prime Minister of Great Britain Rishi Sunak egarding the situation of Albanian immigrants crossing the channel. 

According to Rama, his British counterpart has expressed his regret regarding the accusations that have come from British politicians against Albanians. 

"I had a short conversation with the Prime Minister of Great Britain. He said he feels bad for what has happened, for the thoughtless statements issued in relation to the Albanians. We discussed this issue and not only this. We haven't talked about anything new. In order to join forces, I have repeated all that I have said. I hope we will have an exchange of visits," Rama said.
