A 28-year-old man was arrested this Saturday trying to transport four citizens from Afghanistan towards Montenegro.

Police informed that the man with the initials S.G., was stopped in Vukpalaj in Shkodra, while police seized his car.

"This citizen was caught red-handed by the services of the Border Police, on the road of the village of Vukpalaj, transporting with his vehicle in exchange of payment, 4 citizens from Afghanistan with the aim of illegally crossing the border to Montenegro", police informed.
