The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) gave further details over the arrest of former Head of the Albanian Road Authority, Evis Berberi. 

Along with him, were arrested even the two businessmen, Valter Begaj and Ervis Lami.

According to SPAK, Evis Berberi, controlled indirect the company 'DAAM' even if he said that sold it. Berberi earned millions of the state money from the public tenders.

He is accused for 'Passive corruption', 'Money laundering' committed in collaboration.

Meanwhile, the two businessmen, were accused for 'Active corruption' and 'Money laundering' committed in collaboration.
