SPAK Closes Investigations and Sent to Trial former Socialist for Passive Corruption
The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) closed investigations and sent to trial the former socialist Member of Parliament, Alqi Bllako, accused twice for passive corruption.
According to SPAK, Bllako benefited in at least two cases abusing the law with 119.715 euro and 7,520,000 ALL.
Bllako continues to be arrested since March 2022. He was declared innocent for the case of Elbasani incenerator while he was condemned with 4 years in jail for the incinerator of Fieri.
