Former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha was taken as a defendant by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) for passive corruption. 

The official accuse was communicated to him by the two prosecutors while dozens were gathered outside the building.

After eight months in house arrest, Berisha went to SPAK to listen the accuses of the prosecutors.

"Today I am a defendant... I was told that my son-in-law bribed me!", said Berisha after leaving the premises of SPAK.

He accuses that SPAK is the most dangerous criminal organization in Albania and Europe.
