Tensions accompanied Monday's meeting of Tirana Municipality Council.

The speech of mayor, Erion Veliaj was stopped many times by the opposition's members of the council.

Tedi Blushi throwed letters towards him, while Veliaj replied saying to him that he is totally incompetent.

"Mr.Blushi leave the hall, you are totally incompetent," said Veliaj while the meeting was stopped due to the harsh debate.
