The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed Wednesday the prosecutor of Kukes, Xhevahir Lita, who is actually arrested by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

Lita was arrested by order of the SPAK about a year ago after being caught during the "Metamorphosis" operation. He is accused of "passive corruption", committed twice, and "structured criminal group".
