A man died late on Wednesday evening in Tirana, while police confirmed today that the victim is a businessman, Eduart Reci, 52-year-old.

So far, albaniandailynews.com learned that he was shot dead while he was coming out a bar in Elbasani road in Tirana, and he was killed while he was on a phone call.

Unofficial sources said for the media that, Eduart Reci was a director at the Albanian Intelligence Agency, while the victim filed a complaint due to a property conflict in the area for self-judgment.

The case was not started due to lack of elements.
