Tirana Prosecution Leads Anti Drugs Operation, 20 Arrested

A huge anti-drugs operation leaded by Tirana Prosecution in collaboration with the state police ended up with 20 people arrested this Thurday in Tirana. 

All of the arrested and many others declared wanted were for the criminal offense of drugs trafficking.

Albaniandailynews.com learned the name of those arrested as they age varies from 19 to 46 years old.

The arrested are:

Rei Ramushi, 27, Emiljano Birja, 30; Abdullah Zyberi, 31; Albjo Shkira, 28, Kevin Nazari, 27; Amarildo Jashari, 26; Florjan Çepa, 46, Ibez Zebi, 29, Florjan Miha, 20; Erol Bardhoshi, 34; Andrin Bajraktari, 19, Emiljano Maksutaj, 28; Hamza Firi, 20; Albi Bulku, 36; Maringlen Kolaj, 19; Armando Disha, 19; Klodjan Lena, 20; Altmir Mustafaraj, 29; Gentjan Agaj, 24 and Flori Lime.

Police informed that during the arrests were seized 3.5 kg of cocaine, 50 doses of heroin and 100 doses of cannabis sattiva.

According to Tirana Prosecution, the drug was concealed and stored in their residences, and once prepared in small doses, was distributed whenever there was demand using either their own vehicles or rented ones. Orders were made via phone or through face-to-face communication. Meeting locations varied.

The result came at the 4-month investigation employed proactive and specialized investigative techniques, and the outcomes of the operation ‘Temple 3’ were attained through effective cooperation with the State Police
