Tirana Road Police Officer Caught with Drugs in Car

An officer of the Traffic Police of Tirana was arrested by the police after he was caught with narcotics in his vehicle, as reported on Wednesday.

Sources informed that his arrest was made in December but there was no official notification from the authorities.

The road enforcer, Renato Feri, was spotted by Shqiponja forces speeding beyond the allowed limits near the Palace of Arrows. As soon as he was spotted moving fast, the officers signaled the vehicle with dark windows to stop.

Instead of stopping, the officer increased the speed, risking the life of one of the policemen who asked him to stop. Then he stopped, opened the window and started cursing and insulting his colleagues. After that, he left quickly, after refusing to identify himself.

"Eagle" forces alerted the operating room where it became possible to stop him near the TEG roundabout.

After the arrest, the police discovered that Renato Feri was their colleague, an officer of the Road. Cannabis sativa was found inside the vehicle during the search.

It is learned that officer Feri, even when he was caught, insulted and insulted his colleagues again.

They arrested him and sent him to Police Station no. 6. Renato Feri is the son of Arian Feri, who is head of the human resources sector in the General Directorate of the State Police.

The sources inform that the officer Renato Feri has been dismissed from the State Police by order of the chief policeman Muhamet Rrumbullaku.

Accusations of resisting police officers and the production and sale of narcotics weigh heavily on him.
