The Future of the Digital Financial Ecosystem, BALFIN Group’s Innovative Approach at Key FinTech Conference
BALFIN Group and several of its companies, including Neptun, Tirana Bank, and Happy, participated in one of the most significant FinTech conferences in the region, “Money Motion,” held in Zagreb, Croatia.
The conference gathered over 2,000 participants from the giants of the FinTech industry, providing a platform for discussions about developments and innovations shaping the future of the sector.


Representatives from BALFIN Group, including leaders from the Digital Transformation and IT departments, Executive Director of Happy, Daniela Malaj, and Executive Director of Neptun, Alexandros Kosenas, shared their experiences and knowledge on the challenges and opportunities within the digital financial ecosystem.
The central theme of the conference was the digital financial ecosystem and the new solutions that are defining the future of the FinTech industry. BALFIN Group representatives shared their insights into areas where the group operates, offering concrete examples of how original ideas, professional culture, and innovative solutions are pushing the boundaries of innovation.
During a discussion panel titled "Retailers as Digital Pioneers: Myth or Reality?" Neptun's Executive Director, Alexandros Kosenas, focused on digital transformation at points of sale and its impact on sales operations. Reflecting on Neptun’s activities and the challenges faced by the region's leading electronics and home appliances company, Kosenas emphasized that companies only meet innovation when there is a true connection with consumers and their desires and needs.
