The Albanian government decided to postpone the validity of the ID documents that expire before the Parliamentary Elections of May 11.

The Interior Minister, Ervin Hoxha, informed that the decision was taken during Wednesday's meeting of the government.

According to it, every Albanian whose ID or passport expire before May 11, can use this document to vote as their validity will be postponed after this date.

"Today, during the meeting of the Council of Ministers voted a very important act: to postpone the validity of the ID's cards and biometric passports," said Minister.
