Ibrahim Lici, wanted for murder, was reportedly arrested in Turkey. Ibrahim Lici was one of the most wanted by the police. A large sum of money was even offered for his arrest, for anyone who provided information. 

Lici is accused of a number of murders through assassinations in Shkodër. The most recent was that of Endri Mustafa a year ago in the area of ??Livadhe in Shkodër. Also, the police accuse Irahim Lici of the murder of the brothers Astri and Brahim Bilali, in March 2019 in Shkodër. At that time, his two associates, Arsen Stojku, 29, and Mislim Rama, 23, from Vau i Deja, were arrested, while Lici himself was declared wanted.

Previously, the police published a list of information on the location of five highly wanted persons in Albania, one of whom is Ibrahim Lici. 

The first on the police list is Talo Çela, accused of the robbery of Rinas and several murders in recent years, the second is Laert Haxhiu, accused of several murders including the Lushnja massacre a few years ago. 

The list continues with Jani Aliaj, accused of at least one murder; Ibrahim Lici, accused of several murders in Shkodër, including that of the two brothers Bilali and Erjon Llapushi, accused of murdering the head waiter of Fish City in Elbasan.
