Prime Minister Edi Rama has introduced the new political leaders of the regions in the Assembly of the Socialist Party. Taulant Balla leaves the district of Elbasan, which he has led for years and is appointed in Fier.

Rama entrusted his place in Elbasan to Damian Gjiknuri, while Arben Ahmetaj goes to Vlora.

The head of the socialists has chosen again the mayor Erion Veliaj for Tirana, while Elisa Spiropali goes to Kukës. Meanwhile, Edona Bilali has been appointed in Shkodra, replacing former Minister Ilir Beqaj.

Mirela Kumbaro, who was appointed Minister of Environment, will have Gjirokastra, while the new Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, will have Dibra.
