in Tirana near the area of the Artificial Lake while trying to enter in his house.</span></p>

<p>The victim was Artan Cuku, a state police officer from many years. He worked as vice Police Director of Tirana and then Police

Director of Vlora.</p>

<p>Cuku worked for 16 years as the chief of crimes in

Tirane, Shkoder and Fier.</p></p>
