As of May 7, 2025, a total of 44 criminal reports concerning election-related offences—as provided for in Articles 325, 326/a, 327, 328, 328/a, 328/b, 329, 329/a, 331/a, and 332/a of the Criminal Code—have been registered by the Prosecution Offices of General Jurisdiction.
These reports originated from sources, including the judicial police in nineteen cases, the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) in nine cases, political parties in six cases, initiated ex officio in eight cases, and from citizens in two cases.

Reports submitted to the General Prosecution Office indicate that the Prosecution Offices in the following districts have respectively registered: Fier (five), Saranda (three), Durrës (two), Tirana (seven), Gjirokastra (two), Kukës (three), Lezha (three), Dibra (nine), Vlora (two), Korça (one), Shkodra (two), and Elbasan (five).

A total of 20 criminal proceedings have been registered based on the reports filed, concerning the offences under Articles 325, 326/a, 327, 328/a, 328/b, 329, 329/a, 331/a, and 332/a of the Criminal Code, as listed below:

-Fier Prosecution office has registered five criminal proceedings: two regarding the offence under Article 325 of the Criminal Code, one as stipulated in Article 328/a, one for Article 328/a, paragraph 4, and another one regarding the offence under Article 328 of the Criminal Code;

-Gjirokastra Prosecution Office has registered two criminal proceedings concerning the offences as stipulated in Articles 326/1 and 329/1 of the Criminal Code;

- Elbasan Prosecution has registered a total of four proceedings regarding the offences as stipulated in Articles 328/a, 248, 332/a, 134/1, and 287/b of the Criminal Code;

- Durrës Prosecution has registered a single proceeding for the offences as stipulated in Articles 328/a and 248 of the Criminal Code.

- One criminal proceeding for the offences outlined in Articles 237/5 and 328/a, paragraph 4, of the Criminal Code has been registered by Dibra Prosecution;

- Shkodra Prosecution has registered two cases regarding the offences under Articles 328/a and 328/b of the Criminal Code;

- Saranda Prosecution has registered two cases for the offences as stipulated in Articles 325 and 326/a of the Criminal Code;

- Kukës Prosecution has registered one case for the offence as provided for in Article 328/a of the Criminal Code;

- Korça Prosecution has registered one criminal proceeding regarding the offence as stipulated in Article 328/a of the Criminal Code, followed by 

- One case for the offence under  Article 328/a of the Criminal Code registered by Vlora Prosecution Office. 
Meanwhile, Durrës and Fier Prosecution Offices have respectively submitted one complaint and one criminal proceeding to SPAK, as these fall under its subject-matter jurisdiction. The other complaints are currently under verification.
