Lawyer and activist Adriatik Lapaj reacted after his vehicle was engulfed in flames while traveling on "Kuvajt" street in the capital. 

In a post on social media, he writes that he is fine and that his car has suffered a technical fault. While he emphasized that the event was not intentional. 

"I'm fine! There is nothing intentional. Like people who go to hospitals, cars also break down. Nothing was intentional. Just a technical problem. I love you all," he wrote.
