Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tileuberdi Mukhtar, signed the visa waiver agreement between Albania and Kazakhstan on Friday.

From New York, Minister Xhaçka said that this agreement will contribute to the further intensification of bilateral cooperation and freedom of movement.

In the Kazakh capital Astana, there is a significant presence of Albanians, of about 300-400 people. 

In the meantime, 3.000-4.000 Albanians work in Kazakhstan per year.
