Albania to Open Embassy in Bosnia & Herzegovina

The Council of Ministers decided during Thursday's meeting to open the Albanian embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

It is learned that the expenses are covered by the budget of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, approved for 2024.

The opening of the diplomatic mission "Embassy" of the Republic of Albania in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo.

We recall that most Albanians traditionally live in Sarajevo. In fact, history has shown that in the years 1970-1981, in Sarajevo, there was a school of elementary education in the Albanian language, the "Bane Surbat" school in Gërbavica.
