Albanian Sentenced to Life after Killing Wife in Greece

Florand Shehu, the Albanian who killed his wife in their apartment in Greece on July 21 last year, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Greek justice.

Anisa Shehu, the 31-year-old from Elbasan, could not survive her injuries, as the perpetrator cut her throat with the meat knife they used in the bar.

Anisa and Florand Sheu had been arguing between them for a long time, while the main cause was his jealousy.

When asked by the police, he stated that he killed his wife because of jealousy.

On the other hand, the victim was found in the apartment in a pool of blood with many knife marks on the body.

The Albanian couple has a 10-year-old son, while the killer from Tepelena owns a bar in Athens.

A year ago, the bar was closed for 1 month after a fight that the couple had inside the business.
