The Court of Appeal has left in force the security measure 'obligation to appear' for the singer Ruenca Haxhia, otherwise known as Enca.

The latter was arrested a few weeks ago after a search of her apartment in Lunder, where cannabis plants were found planted in several pots on the balcony. 

The singer stated that she had them for personal use, asking for a lighter sentence.
