The Special Court of Appeal leaved in force this Tuesday the decision given for the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri of two years in jail.

Although Beleri was recently elected as a Member of the European Parliament for the Greek Party 'Nea Demokracia', he will continue to suffer the decision given for him by the Albanian courts for corruption in the last local elections.
