The two administrators of the company ‘Masabi Fruits’, Klajdi Xibraku and Erion Peti have been left in prison by the Court of Durrës, after in the container with bananas coming from Ecuador, were found a quantity of 143 kg of cocaine divided into 200 packages.

It is learned that Peti and Xibraku have not admitted the accusation. They said they had nothing to do with the drugs and only ordered bananas, unaware that there was narcotics in the container.

The drugs were hidden in the ceiling of the container, divided into 200 packages with defining inscriptions as well as the photograph of the infamous trafficker Pablo Escobar. The cocaine packages said in Spanish ‘El Mejor’ (best) and ‘Viejon’ (elderly).

We recall that 40 days ago in early March, the cargo was loaded into a container and then on the ship "MSC MIRRELLA" in the port of Guayaquil in Ecuador. From Ecuador, the cargo ended up in the port of Panama, called Rodman, where it was loaded on the transport ship "MSC NAOMI" and left for Italy to transit to the port of "GIOIA TAURO" in Calabria.

At this port, the container along with the ship have stayed a little over a week. Then it left with the ship "Contiship" to the port of Piraeus in Greece and from there arrived in Albania. After leaving the cargo in Durrës, the ship had a final destination in the port of Tivar in Montenegro.
