Bar of an Albanian was attacked with a gun during the early hours of this Tuesday morning in Athens.

According to the Greek police, the attack happened at 03:11 in the morning at the Venus bar, located on Parashqevopulu street, in the Patisia neighborhood.

The bar was shot with automatic weapons, damaging the windows and walls of the building, but fortunately, at the time of the attack, the bar was closed.

Seven automatic weapon cartridges were found at the scene.

From the verifications carried out so far, it is suspected that it is about clashes between gangs or blackmail.

Owner of the bar turns out to be the Albanian citizen Pëllumb Hasani from Babica in Vlora.

Hasani has verbally declared to the police that he has a conflict with the owners of a bar near him, but has refused to cooperate with the Law Enforcement Forces, not going to testify in the police about the case.

However, the investigations are being carried out by the property crimes department of the Athens police.
