Today is a very special day for me. We start today a mission to serve Shkodra citizen, as they supported me and voted on March 6, 2022. Today comes before you with the responsibility of faith given by Shkodra's inhabitants.

My praise is for everyone without exception, those who voted and those who for one reason or another did not vote for me. I have made a promise to the residents of Shkodra during the electoral campaign and I repeat again before you: I will be chair of all Shkodra, regardless of their election on March 6, 2022.

Serving Shkodra is an honor but above all a great responsibility for me.

It is true that this mandate that begins today is short in time, but we will give our maximum, all together, not only to realize our projects and priorities but to seek and find other opportunities to add Investments and attention to Shkodra.

The time we have available, we must use it to the maximum, as we must cooperate all together, without any difference. Now is the moment to start working for our common home, to build today with the earnest from the future.

From today, I as mayor and you as municipal councilors, we start together with a journey with the aim of serving Shkodra. Before we are in these tasks, before we are representatives of a particular political subject that has been proposed to us, we are Shkodra.

If we unite our efforts, our voices for Shkodra, I am sure that we will not only hear more and more, but our municipality will also have more attention, investment and development.

The door of Shkodra Municipality will be open to every Shkodra people, without any difference to anyone. The mandate that begins today is short, filled with challenges and much work. I hope that in its closure, when we make a balance, all together, to be proud of what we did for Shkodra, for our families and especially our children.

It is the opportunity, privilege and responsibility that with dedication and honesty, to give our contribution by learning from the past and vision for the future. We owe as an obligation to the future of our children.

Today it is a pleasure to publicly thank all the mayors who have led Shkodra to date because their contribution is too precious in Shkodra's service.
