It is not meant to be at least one normal parliamentary session. After the consensus reached between the democrats and majority for a normal parliamentary life, now the small group of democrat MPs gathered around Lulzim Basha protested.

Basha himself urged since the beginning of today's session, that the Parliament should speak only for the electoral committee that officially fails today.

But the session had another agenda. 

The parliament speaker, Lindita Nikolla, urged to him to sit down, without success. 

Socialist MP, Toni Gogu, said that he cannot ask for anything, as he do not represent even 1/10 of the members in Parliament. 

After several warnings, he was excluded by the Parliament, while Nikolla warned him that the punishment against him can be worsened.
