Former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj requires by the High Court to be released.

He was arrested after investigations on the case “Saspac” by the order of the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) on July 04. 

Along with him were arrested even Ermal Kurtulajn and Alfred Nikollaj, his collaborators. 

Meanwhile Gazmend Haxhia and Elton Martini were left in 'House arrest'.
