The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required 19 years in jail for Talo Çelën, for the robbery of millions of euros in Rinas Airport on 2019.

Talo Çela continues to be free despite the fact that he is charged for many criminal offenses. He was declared wanted for the robbery of 4.6 to 10 millions. 

Çela in collaboration with seven other persons entered inside the Airport when the money of the banks were being transported inside the plane.
