Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has denounced Rama's two candidates for the municipality of Patos and Has. 

From Përmeti, Berisha said that Fation Duro's wife stole from the Saranda mortgage and fled to London. 

"May 14 is a decisive day, it has to do with the fate of Përmet and Albania. This fate rests in the hands of Albanian citizens. In 10 years, 35% of Albanians left this country, more than Ukrainians from Russian barbarism, more than any other nation. Of these, 80% are under the age of 30. Poverty, the poor are mercilessly robbed. Here we are the same, socialists, democrats, without a party. 

The one from Përmet, Fation Duro, had a wife who was a former employee or mortgage manager of Saranda. He had stolen, an arrest warrant was issued for him, his wife in London spends the property, Rama takes bribes and appoints her husband mayor of Patos. Is there any place in the world where this happens?", said Berisha. 

While he accused the SP candidate in Has of presenting himself under the name of Halit Mulaj since, according to Berisha, with his real name, Beqiri, he has been arrested 5 times. 

"I was in Kukës, he had taken Beqir, and he presented to him this is Haliti because like Beqir he had 4-5 arrests. He was arrested in Greece, Italy, if I'm not mistaken even in Germany, Kosovo and Albania", said the former prime minister.
