The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha declared this Monday that if he will come to power after May 11 elections, he will dissolve the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

In a comment for the media after he appeared at SPAK, Berisha said that this institution will no longer exist if he will win.

"This is not a fair institution. It controls judges. It is created to make a justice same as Hitler. It is not normal to give to prosecutors what judges have" said Berisha. 

He invited everyone to sent to his address any denunciation on how anyone collaborated with crime.
