Berisha Reacts after Alibeaj's Withdrawal from Appeal

The former Prime Minister Sali Berisha commented this Tuesday on the withdrawal of head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Enkelejd Alibeaj, from the complaint about the DP statute and the acceptance of this request by the court.

In a statement to the media, Berisha said that it is the first time in the world that someone who has not been a party, referring to Alibeaj, has become a part of the process. He said, among other things, that by withdrawing the request from the court, Alibeaj accepted the changes in the Assembly on December 11, while adding that the MP implements the orders of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"'Alibasha' makes fun of himself. When I heard that 'Alibasha' declared that the case dragged on, at a time when it was their lawyer for four sessions, or the court used this as a pretext...

However, the decision of the Court of Tirana is a final decision, which should automatically be registered in the register of parties.

Rama has taken the court hostage and does not allow registration. Alibasha, in no country in the world, except in the justice of Edi Rama, can not become a party in a process that it has not been a party to.

This is happening for the first time in the history of the world. It is absolutely worthless. Alibasha has the right, he and every citizen, to go to the court, and for any objection or evidence, to open a new process, but not to become a party. This happens in the ridiculous justice of Rama, which acts like a dictatorship, which prevents the automatic and indisputable registration of the court's decision for the December 11 Assembly.

By withdrawing from the December 18 Assembly, Alibasha de facto accepted the December 11 Assembly. But he follows Edi Rama's orders. They are worthless, misused by a man who has no principle, respects no principle, no law, no norm," Berisha said.
