Bilisht, 150 Clothes Factory's Workers Resume Protest

Employees of a clothes and footwear factory in Devoll have come out this Thursday again in protest,  marking the second day of their revolt.

A total of 150 employees are protesting to reinstate the head of their trade union.

After the meeting with the labor inspectorate on the first day of the protest, an agreement was reached to receive the remaining part of the salary, but today the women came out in support of the union's head.

Women also protest about working conditions, while the Labor Inspectorate suspended the subject until further notice.

This factory is is continuously facing the protest of the employees, as last year the women rose several times in protest for the working conditions and for the salary.
