The Minister of Interior Bledi Çuçi delegates his competencies as Interior minister to the Deputy Minister Besfort Lamallari, one month before the parliamentary elections. 

Çuçi is running for MP of the Socialist Party in Gjirokastra, ranked third on the list and he is forced to give up from this duty and manage electoral campaign in this city. 

According to his last decision, Lamallari will exercise his powers from March 25 to April 30.

DECISION

Pursuant to point 4, article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania; of article 28 and 29, of law no. 44/2015, "Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Albania", and law no. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, "On the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers",

I order:

1. Delegation of competencies of the head of the Ministry of Interior, Deputy Minister of Interior, Mr. Besfort Lamallari, from 25.03.2021 until 30.04.2021.

2. These competencies will be exercised for the above mentioned period, with interruptions only in cases when the competencies are regained by the head of the institution.

3. The Deputy Minister of Interior, Mr. Besfort Lamallari is in charge of the implementation of this order.

This order enters into force immediately and is published in the Official Gazette.
