Civil society called a protest on Wednesday in front of the Health Ministry, after Tirana Prosecution required security measures for 7 doctors and specialists after they did not take care of the patients with cancer in the public hospital but sent them to private hospital in order to benefit more money.

With the slogan 'The next victim must be you' civil society called everyone to join them at 19:00 pm Wednesday at the Health Ministry.

According to Tirana Prosecution, doctors and specialists are under accuse for “Abuse of office”. 

The doctors, specialists and the hospital administrator redirected patients diagnosed with tumor diseases to private clinics for financial gain, neglecting to provide necessary services at the Oncology Hospital at UHC.
