Ibrahim Lici, suspected as the perpetrator of the murder of Endri Mustafa in Albania and wanted by the Albanian authorities was released by the court of Istanbul this Thursday.

After more than a month, that he was arrested and Albania expected to be extradited, Lici was released today by the court.

The local media reported that the court released Lici although during the arrest he had false documents as Belgian citizen and a weapon.

Turkish court decided to set him free, but ordering that he should not leave Turkey until the end of investigations.
