Court Leaves in Jail Beqaj and Kurtulaj, Bail Offer Denied

The Court against Corruption did not changed the security measures given for the former health Minister, Ilir Beqaj and his collaborator Ermal Kurtulaj even after six hours of discussions.

Although they both offered a bail in exchange to a easier security measure as 'house arrest' not to stay in jail, court denied it.

The Court accepted to change the security measure from jail to 'House Arrest' only for Alfred Nikolli.

Beqaj and Kurtulaj were both accused for abuse with funds of the European Union.

They are accused for abuse, taking money for conferences that they did not realized.
