The Court in Shkodra, released Friday the 4 police officers arrested just two days ago due to the failure to arrest one of the survived shooting with 4 victims in Shkodra.

Blerim Kurmetaj, Viktor Logu, Juljan Sterkaj amd Marta Martini were sent home, but they were suspended from the duty until the end of the investigations.

The four police officers were accused for not realizing the standard procedures, securing the place where the shooting happened and arresting those present.
