The Special Court against Corruption (GJKKO) decided Wednesday to release the historical leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha. 

The last is under security measure 'House Arrest' since last December. 

Court's decision was taken by the court Flojera Davidhi. 

Sali Berisha was imposed at 'House Arrest' on December 30, 2023.

The Special Court against Corruption accused him for passive corruption in collaboration for the privatisation of 'Partizani'.
