Dismissal of Elbasan Court’s Head Sought after Infamous TikTok Videos

Lawyer Enida Bozheku has called Monday on the High Inspectorate of Justice (ILD) to take measures to dismiss the Chairwoman of Elbasan District Court, Enkeleda Bozheku, whom she accuses of violating the deontological code of the magistrate.

This reaction by Bozheku has come after Bozheku was caught red-handed constantly publishing videos of dancing and expensive clothes on TikTok, while the level of crime has increased significantly in Elbasan.

Kapedani is the shame of the decorum, morals, ethics and professionalism of a judge, stressed that lawyer while pointing out that her actions seriously damage the image of the magistrate and the weight that the force and enforcement of the law must carry.

“I hope that the ILD takes measures for the dismissal of this judge, who is a disgrace to the decor, morals, ethics and professionalism of a judge. When you think that she is also the head of Elbasan District’s Court - where the crime boils - who twists and pampers herself, as if she were one of these matches of the lowest level of society, it is to cry out loud.

Judges have the status, and in the status, the deontological code, these dances under the rhythm of a monstrous song: ‘I am the mafia, the mafia, the mafia’, published on Tik-Tok, seriously damage the image of the magistrate and the weight that the strength and imposing of law must keep. Shame on the judicial system for where it has ended up, on the tick-tockish fashion parade, under the auspices of the modelist judge”, criticized Bozheku.

However, information on the Kapedani’s performances on TikTok has been leaked by several employees of the state police and the prosecution, who have for years considered her a problematic judge in terms of the release of criminal elements.

Meanwhile, Elbasan has turned into a slaughterhouse with successive executions and where the rule of law and the presence of the state has been almost non-existent for many years with a situation that has been getting worse.

Dozens of people have been executed in recent months in Elbasan, which is known for strong clashes between drug gangs.

About a month ago, the city was terrorized by a gun battle in which Pjerin Xhuvani lost his life and four other people were injured, a serious event that occurred just two days before the April 25 elections and in the presence of dozens of police officers.
