Dozens of people gathered in front of Prime Ministry Headquarters on Thursday evening to protest against the compulsory wearing of masks imposed by government to combat the spread of the new coronavirus.

But what started as a peaceful protest degenerated in clashed between demonstrators and police officers. The last urged to citizens to leave but they refused causing clashes and heated debate.

The protest was closed with force as police accompanied all citizens who refused the order to leave or wear face masks, while the others who were not accompanied decided to leave few minutes later.
