DP Leader Responds to Berisha's Accusations over Assembly Signatures

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, has responded to the accusations of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who from Tropoja said that the leader of the Democrats is trying to gather signatures for the Assembly by offering positions of directors, deputy ministers in the cabinet of Edi Rama.

Through a post on social media, Basha says that Berisha knows that the Democrats are confirming their participation in the Assembly and that is why he is spreading false news.

"Sali Berisha knows that the Democrats are confirming their participation in the Assembly and he is spreading false news, wanting to humiliate them. Democrats will come to the Assembly on December 18, because they want unity, not division, they want victory, not the isolation of the DP. No fabrication and deception will solve Sali Berisha's plight, because his battle is for personal interests, not for the Democrats," writes Basha.
