Elderly Dies after Home Was Engulfed by Flames
An elderly man died this Monday in Bulqizë after his home was engulfed by flames.
The victim is Xhevdet Cara, who lived alone in his home, police confirmed.
So far, it is believed that the fire started due to a electric spark or a cigarette forgotten by him.
