The families of the two penitents of justice, Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxha, have been taken into protection by the police. 

Dumani and Hoxha cooperated with justice, "dismantling" a series of criminal events and bringing to the fore well-known names of the criminal world. 

Nuredin Dumani was arrested some weeks ago in Fier after being injured in Elbasan, where he was ambushed at a time when he was going to kill a businessman. Dumani and his collaborator Henrik Hoxhaj, arrested the same day, accepted to become penitent of justice. 

Their confessions led SPAK to an operation called 'Golden Bullet', in the framework of which 32 arrest warrants were issued for at least 8 criminals groups and their leaders. 9 out of 32 were already in jail, 9 others were arrested, while 14 are wanted, among them notorious Ervis Martinaj, Talo Cela, Suel Cela, Kamer Mehja, Florenc Capja, etc.

Police decided to take under protection the families of these two serial killers as their testimony is thought to shed light on other murders and criminal events that have occurred in the country in last 10 years.
