Fatos Nano Responsible for Privatization of Partizani Complex; Berisha

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has blamed the Socialist Party and ex-PM Fatos Nano for the privatization of the former Partizani complex. The former prime minister emphasizes that the privatization process was not initiated by him, but by Fatos Nano, while Edi Rama was the one who changed the destination from a sports club to a residential center.

"In their 3-year police investigation, Edvini and his followers, in dozens and dozens of testimonies of former public employees who participated in this procedure, have not found, even after 15 years of its completion, even a single person to affirm that we had the slightest interference from Sali Berisha or Jamarbër Malltezi for this decision-making.

Anyone who reads Edvini's and his followers' nonsense, finds that the Partizani club was not removed by Sali Berisha with any of his decisions or proposals, from the plan for the expansion of the Armed Forces. Based on official documents signed by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, this club was not on the list of the opening plan of the army.

The privatization process of the Partizani club was not started by Sali Berisha, but by Fatos Nano, but Edi Rama and his followers hide these documents and this fact.

The destination of the Partizani club was not changed by Sali Berisha, but by Edi Rama, even two years before the privatization process ended, because according to a document bearing his signature, this club had lost its function. SPAK and Edi Rama hide these documents.

After three years of police investigations of Edvin and his followers, based on a false report, finding no real evidence to bring official criminal charges against me and my son-in-law, ended in their misery and self-humiliation by imposing security measures and arresting a person under investigation for suspicions, after they deceived in a grotesque way, hid and manipulated hundreds of documents in complete immorality and insolence", said Sali Berisha, among other things.
