Fier Prosecutor’s Office seized over 1 million euros in assets belonging to citizen N.Gj and his family members. N.Gj was convicted for committing criminal offenses as stipulated in Articles 283/a/1, 28/4, 333/a, and 334/1 of the Criminal Code.

Regarding the asset proceeding No. 5 of 2024, initiated ex-officio, it was proved that some of the assets owned and held by citizen N.Gj. and his family members were derived from the criminal activities carried out by this individual.

Fier prosecution submitted a request to the Fier District Court to seize assets belonging to these individuals. Specifically, the request sought the seizure of both immovable and movable properties as follows:

Property Unit with an area of 100 m², located in the "Residential and Service Building, 2-7-10 floors with underground garage – ground floor shops," Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 60.5 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 62 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 91.6 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 71.2 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 70 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 88.5 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 76.8 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Apartment encompassing an area of 76 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Property Unit encompassing an area of 165 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.

Property Unit encompassing an area of 60 m², Plazh/13, Durrës.
